Bleu cheese-parsley dressing

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Bleu cheese
1 quart Mayonnaise
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
1 cup Milk

Crumble cheese. Blend mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley flakes and milk; add cheese. Chill. Smoother dressing may be made by beating or blending with an electric mixer.
