Bell pepper sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Jar (7-ounce) roasted red bell peppers; drained
1 can (6-ounce) tomato paste
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 Garlic clove; crushed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Hot sauce

Process all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Makes 1¾ cups.
