Sweet mustard peppers

Yield: 8 Pints

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Canning salt
1 cup Table mustard
2 quarts Water
2 quarts Vinegar
\N \N Sweet wax or banana peppers

Mix everything together except the peppers. Bring to boil. Pack clean peppers in sterile jars and fill to top with boiling liquid.

These are delicious. You can also use Hot Wax or other peppers.
