Black bean casserole ole

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | cup | Onions; chopped |
| ¾ | cup | Cornmeal, yellow, + 2 tbs |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chili powder |
| 1¾ | cup | Soymilk, lite |
| 1 | pounds | Beans, black, canned; rinsed and drained |
| 1 | pounds | Corn, whole kernel, canned; drained |
| 1 | pounds | Tomatoes, stewed, canned |
| 4 | ounces | Chilies, green, canned; chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Nutritional yeast cheesy sauce |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking pan or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheesy sauce. Mix well. Place in prepared pan. Drop cheesy sauce on top by spoonfuls.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
