1 cup | Onions; chopped |
¾ cup | Cornmeal, yellow, + 2 tbs |
2 teaspoons | Chili powder |
1¾ cup | Soymilk, lite |
1 pounds | Beans, black, canned; rinsed and drained |
1 pounds | Corn, whole kernel, canned; drained |
1 pounds | Tomatoes, stewed, canned |
4 ounces | Chilies, green, canned; chopped |
¼ cup | Nutritional yeast cheesy sauce |
Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking pan or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheesy sauce. Mix well. Place in prepared pan. Drop cheesy sauce on top by spoonfuls.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
