Yield: 6 Servings
|5 tablespoons||Virgin Olive Oil|
|Fresh Pepper to Taste|
|½ cup||Red Wine Vinegar|
In a Blender, Food Processor, or by hand, combine first 5 ingredients and form a "paste".
When fully combined, add ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar (or Vinegar of choice) and continue until fully emulsified.
TIPS: You may substitute ½ cup of Honey for sugar. Adjust ingredient amounts to your particular taste after first following exact recipe.
I've even added a few anchovies during first step.
