Tony's salad dressing

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Black pepper fresh ground
¼ cup Olive oil extra lite
2 tablespoons Oregano chopped
1 \N Garlic clove minced fine
2 tablespoons Fresh basil minced
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
⅓ cup Chablis

Mix all ingredients into the oil. Stir well. regrifgerate for 2 days.
