Measure | Ingredient |

⅓ cup | Balsamic vinegar |
3 tablespoons | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
3 teaspoons | Black pepper fresh ground |
¼ cup | Olive oil extra lite |
2 tablespoons | Oregano chopped |
1 \N | Garlic clove minced fine |
2 tablespoons | Fresh basil minced |
2 teaspoons | Soy sauce |
⅓ cup | Chablis |
Mix all ingredients into the oil. Stir well. regrifgerate for 2 days.
