Betty's country inn salad dressing cake

Yield: 20 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
4 tablespoons Cocoa
4 cups Flour
4 teaspoons Baking Soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Salad Dressing
2 cups Lukewarm Water
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Sift together the sugar, cocoa, flour, soda and salt. Add salad dressing, water and vanilla. Stir well. Do not beat! Grease and flour three 9-inch layer cake pans. Pour batter in pans and bake in preheated 350 F oven for 30 to 35 mins. Frost with your favorite frosting.

Makes 3 layers or 20 generous servings.
