Betty's country inn salad dressing cake

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 4 | tablespoons | Cocoa |
| 4 | cups | Flour |
| 4 | teaspoons | Baking Soda |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Salad Dressing |
| 2 | cups | Lukewarm Water |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
Directions
Sift together the sugar, cocoa, flour, soda and salt. Add salad dressing, water and vanilla. Stir well. Do not beat! Grease and flour three 9-inch layer cake pans. Pour batter in pans and bake in preheated 350 F oven for 30 to 35 mins. Frost with your favorite frosting.
Makes 3 layers or 20 generous servings.
