Betty's barbecued beef

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Chuck roast
(or other cuts of beef
2.00 cup Ketchup or
2.00 cup Bar b q sauce; your fav.
2.00 tablespoon Honey
1.00 can Beer; your favorite
1.00 pack Lipton onion soup mix

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 4-8 hours. Shred meat and serve on buns.
