1can15-oz. cream of coconut
1packFrozen strawberries; thawed
3cupsPineapple juice; chilled
3cupsClub soda; chilled
1cupRum; optional

Directions

Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth; pour into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, club soda and, if desired, rum. Serve over crushed ice. Yield 2⅒/2 quarts.
