Beer cheese bread (eddy)

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
10 ounces Beer; flat
4 ounces American cheese
4 ounces Jack cheese; cut in 1/4" cu

Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave. Cheese doesn't need to melt completely. STIR. Add all ingredients in the order listed if you are using a home type automatic baking machine. You'll want to start making your second batch before you taste the first'll want more, soon, like yesterday...
