| 8 | ounces | Bottle of Catalina French |
| Dressing | ||
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 1 | cup | Sliced stuffed olives |
| 8 | smalls | Onions |
| 8 | smalls | Whole potatoes |
Directions
Brown the roast in ¼ cup of French dressing. Add the remaining dressing and ½ cup of water. Cover and cook slowly for 2 to 2½ hours. Add olives, onions and potatoes. Cook 45 minutes more or until tender. Randy Rigg
