Beef and vegetable medley

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Steak, sirloin boneless; cut in strips
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 \N Garlic clove; minced
1 tablespoon Oil, vegetable
1 cup Red pepper strips
1 cup Mushrooms, fresh; sliced
1 cup Zucchini; sliced
7 ounces Corn; drained
⅓ cup Green onions; sliced
3 cups Rice, brown; cooked

Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown beef with garlic in oil in large skillet over high heat. Stir in red pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, corn and onions; stir-fry 3 to4 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in rice; heat thoroughly.
