Beef and vegetable medley

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Steak, sirloin boneless; cut in strips |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | Garlic clove; minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil, vegetable |
| 1 | cup | Red pepper strips |
| 1 | cup | Mushrooms, fresh; sliced |
| 1 | cup | Zucchini; sliced |
| 7 | ounces | Corn; drained |
| ⅓ | cup | Green onions; sliced |
| 3 | cups | Rice, brown; cooked |
Directions
Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown beef with garlic in oil in large skillet over high heat. Stir in red pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, corn and onions; stir-fry 3 to4 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in rice; heat thoroughly.
