Spicy beef medley

| 1 | pounds | Roast beef, cooked; thinly sliced and shredded |
| 16 | ounces | Salad dressing, 1000 Islands |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| ⅔ | cup | Cheese, Cheddar; divided |
Directions
Spread toasted muffins with butter and tartar sauce. Combine beef, salad dressing, seasonings, and ⅓ cup cheese. Spread on muffins.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese; broil until bubbly, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
