Beef noodle casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (6 oz.) Light 'n Fluffy® Noodles medium; uncooked |
| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme leaves |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| ¾ | cup | (4-oz. can) sliced mushrooms; drained |
| 1¾ | cup | (14-1/2-oz. can) whole tomatoes; undrained, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Dairy sour cream |
| 1 | cup | (4 oz.) shredded mozzerella cheese |
Directions
Heat oven to 350F. Cook noodles according to package directions for 3 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook meat and onion; drain.
Stir in thyme, salt and pepper; place in large bowl. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, sour cream and noodles. Spoon mixture into 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered,30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
