Beef noodle casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (6 oz.) Light 'n Fluffy® Noodles medium; uncooked
1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Dried thyme leaves
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup (4-oz. can) sliced mushrooms; drained
1¾ cup (14-1/2-oz. can) whole tomatoes; undrained, chopped
½ cup Dairy sour cream
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzerella cheese

Heat oven to 350F. Cook noodles according to package directions for 3 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook meat and onion; drain.

Stir in thyme, salt and pepper; place in large bowl. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, sour cream and noodles. Spoon mixture into 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered,30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
