|1 pack||(6 oz.) Light 'n Fluffy® Noodles medium; uncooked|
|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|½ cup||Chopped onion|
|½ teaspoon||Dried thyme leaves|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper to taste|
|¾ cup||(4-oz. can) sliced mushrooms; drained|
|1¾ cup||(14-1/2-oz. can) whole tomatoes; undrained, chopped|
|½ cup||Dairy sour cream|
|1 cup||(4 oz.) shredded mozzerella cheese|
Heat oven to 350F. Cook noodles according to package directions for 3 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook meat and onion; drain.
Stir in thyme, salt and pepper; place in large bowl. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, sour cream and noodles. Spoon mixture into 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered,30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
