Beef noodle casserole

Ingredients

1pack(6 oz.) Light 'n Fluffy® Noodles medium; uncooked
1poundsGround beef
½cupChopped onion
½teaspoonDried thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
¾cup(4-oz. can) sliced mushrooms; drained
cup(14-1/2-oz. can) whole tomatoes; undrained, chopped
½cupDairy sour cream
1cup(4 oz.) shredded mozzerella cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. Cook noodles according to package directions for 3 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook meat and onion; drain.

Stir in thyme, salt and pepper; place in large bowl. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, sour cream and noodles. Spoon mixture into 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered,30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
