Bc's rosemary-wine marinade

1tablespoonChopped fresh rosemary
Or 1 t dried rosemary
1Clove garlic, minced
½cupDry red wine or grape juice
1teaspoonSugar
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper

Directions

Heat oil in 1½-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook rosemary and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is tender; remove from heat. Stir in wine, sugar, salt and pepper.
