Port wine marinade

3tablespoonsLow-sodium soy sauce

½teaspoonHot sauce
¼teaspoonSalt
1Clove garlic; halved
1Bay leaf

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef, pork, or lamb. Yield: ¾ cup.
