Bc's orange-tarragon marinade

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Orange juice
¼ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup White wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Chopped shallots
1 teaspoon Dried tarragon leaves
2 teaspoons Grated orange peel
½ teaspoon Salt

Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic bag. Makes about 1¼ cups
