Red wine marinade

Yield: 1 half cup

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Vinegar, red wine
2 tablespoons Oil, vegetalbe
1 tablespoon Mustard, Dijon-style
2 \N Garlic cloves; minced
¾ teaspoon Italian seasoning, dried
¼ teaspoon Black pepper, coarse grind

Combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended.
