2¼ cup Bread flour (16 oz)
1 tablespoon Dry milk (1/3 oz)
1 teaspoon Salt (1/3 oz)
1 tablespoon Butter (3/5 oz)
2 tablespoons Sugar (9/10 oz)
15/16 cup Water (11 fl oz)
1 teaspoon Dry Yeast*

*If Fleishmans yeast, add 2 tsp yeast. Add flour, milk, salt, butter , sugar then the water. Best when cooked on Basic; light crust cycle.

Make 1 lb. loaf in the Panasonic.
