Basic abm white bread

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Dry yeast
1½ teaspoon Sugar
2½ cup Flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Tepid water
2 tablespoons Olive oil

There is a range of 2½ -3 cups of flour. use the smaller amount in the winter because flour is like a sponge; it absorbs moisture from the air.

Place the 4 ingredients in the pan of your machine in the order indicated.

Place pan in machine. Press start.
