Basic lean white bread

1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
2 cups Bread Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
¾ cup Water -- + 1 Tbs
1½ pounds Loaf
1½ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
3 cups Bread Flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1¼ cup Water

Mix all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool for 15 mins before slicing.
