Basic salsa #2
2 cups
Ingredients

| 16 | ounces | Canned tomatoes, drained, finely chopped OR |
| 1 | pounds | Fresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped |
| 4 | ounces | Canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, chopped (jalapenos if desired) |
| ½ | cup | Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cilantro |
Directions
Mix all ingrediants, cover and refrigerate several hours.
