Basic salsa #2

Ingredients

16ouncesCanned tomatoes, drained, finely chopped OR
1poundsFresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped
4ouncesCanned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, chopped (jalapenos if desired)
½cupOnion, finely chopped
1tablespoonVinegar
1teaspoonSugar
teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonCilantro

Directions

Mix all ingrediants, cover and refrigerate several hours.
