Ingredients

18 oz. can tomato sauce
2tablespoonsCrushed red chili
½teaspoonCumin powder
½teaspoonOregano
1teaspoonSalt
2Garlic cloves, minced (or
¼teaspoonGarlic powder)
2teaspoonsVinegar
1Juice of half a lemon

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand for 3 hours.

Excellent with tacos or as a dip for tortilla chips.
