Ingredients

2Cloves garlic
½mediumOnion; quartered
2Jalapenos; stemmed and seeded
1poundsFirm ripe tomatoes; seeded and coarsely
2tablespoonsSalad oil
1Lime; juice of
Salt and pepper; optional

Directions

Using a sharp knife, mince garlic, onion and chiles. Finely chop cilantro and dice tomatoes. Combine in a nonmetallic bowl; then add oil and lime juice.
