Basic salsa recipe

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Main ingredient; chopped (tomato; mango, corn, black beans; pineapple, etc,)
2 tablespoons Chopped red onion
2 tablespoons Minced Jalapeno
¼ cup Coarsely chopped cilantro
¼ cup Lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
