Garlic-onion marinade for barbecued pork

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cloves garlic
⅛ cup Onion
4 slices Fresh ginger root
½ cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Sugar
3 drops Sesame oil; more or less

1. Mince garlic, onion and ginger root; then combine with remaining ingredients.

2. Add to pork and marinate.
