Barbecue chili sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Onion, finely chopped
¾ cup Green pepper, finely chopped
4 Garlic cloves, finely choppe
6 tablespoons Butter or marjgarine
4 cups Canned tomatoes
¾ cup Red wine
¾ cup Bouillon
1½ tablespoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1½ tablespoon Chili powder
1½ tablespoon Cornstarch
1½ teaspoon Sugar

Cook onions, green peppers and garlic in butter until so Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce he until thickened, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer longer. Serve with hotdogs, ham, pork, and spareribs.
