Bananas and cream bread

1¼ teaspoon Active Baker's Yeast
1 cup Bread Flour
2 tablespoons Wheat Germ
2 tablespoons Powdered Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Nutmeg; Grated
½ teaspoon Vegetable Oil
¾ cup Mashed Bananas
½ cup Sour Cream; Or Yogurt
¼ cup Water
1¼ cup Raisins; Or Chopped Nuts -for 1 1/2 Pound Loaf---
2 teaspoons Active Baker's Yeast
3 cups Bread Flour
3 tablespoons Wheat Germ
3 tablespoons Powdered Milk
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Nutmeg; grated
1½ tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 cup + 2 Tbsp Mashed Bananas
¾ cup Sour Cream; Or Yogurt
¼ cup + 1 Tbsp Water
¾ cup Raisins; Or Chopped Nuts

1. Add all ingredients except raisins or nuts, in order suggested by bread machine manual and process on basic bread cycle.

2. At beeper or end of first kneading, add raisins or nuts.
