¾cupMashed Bananas
½cupSour Cream; Or Yogurt
¼cupWater
cupRaisins; Or Chopped Nuts -for 1 1/2 Pound Loaf---
2teaspoonsActive Baker's Yeast
3cupsBread Flour
3tablespoonsWheat Germ
3tablespoonsPowdered Milk
tablespoonSugar
teaspoonSalt
¾teaspoonNutmeg; grated
tablespoonVegetable Oil
1cup+ 2 Tbsp Mashed Bananas
¾cupSour Cream; Or Yogurt
¼cup+ 1 Tbsp Water
¾cupRaisins; Or Chopped Nuts

Directions

1. Add all ingredients except raisins or nuts, in order suggested by bread machine manual and process on basic bread cycle.

2. At beeper or end of first kneading, add raisins or nuts.
