Berry banana bread

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Margarine -- softened
2 \N Egg whites -- whipped
1 cup Bananas -- mashed
1 cup Berries*
1¾ cup Unbleached flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Granulated sugar

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan with cooing spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, egg whites, bananas, and berries. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
