Double banana bread

1½ cup Flour
½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1½ cup Mashed bananas
¼ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Water
1½ cup Post Banana Nut Crunch cereal
1 cup Chopped walnuts

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Beat the two eggs in a small bowl and stir in the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and water. Add to the flour mixture and stir just until moist. The batter will be lumpy. Stir in the cereal and walnuts. Pour batter into a greased 9x5" loaf pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
