Banana & almond-cream loaf

¾ cup Heavy Cream
2 tablespoons Almond Flavored -- (Or
\N \N Other) Liqueur
1 \N Frozen lb Cake -- (Thawed),
\N \N Cut Into Three Layers,
\N \N Lengthwise Ripe Bananas -- ,Peeled And
\N \N Sliced
2 tablespoons Sliced Almonds -- Or Chopped
\N \N Nuts

In medium bowl beat cream and liqueur until soft peaks form. Place bottom layer of pound cake on serving platter. Spread ⅓ of cream mixture on layer; top with half the banana slices. Repeat with remaining layers, ending with whipped cream. Sprinkle with almonds.
