Banana-nut oatmeal bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ \N Buttermilk
½ \N Mashed ripe banana
1 \N Egg
1 tablespoon Margarine or butter
2 cups Bread flour
1 cup + 2 Tbsp. WW flour
⅓ cup Rolled Oats-toasted
4 tablespoons Honey
¾ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
¼ cup Chopped walnuts

FOR 1-½ LB. LOAF

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacter's direction Use light setting if availible

If not using a bread machine add wet ingredients first then dry. Knead, rest, knead, rise knead,rise,knead, form into loaf, rise Bake 350 for 1 hour. Eat at least one slice warm right out of the oven.
