½ teaspoon Poppy Seeds ; optional

1 teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoons Fruit Concentrate ; or honey
1 cup Bananas ; ripe, 2 mashed
½ cup Water ; + 1 T if at high
\N \N ; altitude
