Banana-nut bread from mix

| 3¾ | cup | Sweet Quick Bread Mix |
| 2 | Eggs -- beaten | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 2 | mediums | Bananas -- mashed |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
Directions
Preheat oven 325F. Grease one 9x5 or two 7x3 loaf pans; set aside. In med bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring to blend. Turn into prepared pan or pans. Bake 50 - 60 min in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack 5 min.
Turn out of pan. Cool right-side up on rack. Makes 1 or 2 loaves.
