Eastern sho' bbq chicken

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N 2-1/2-pound broilers; split
½ pint Cooking oil
½ pint Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 \N Egg; well beaten
4 drops Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon Paprika

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquids, then egg. Mix well Dip chicken halves in suace and place on grill. Turn chicken every 10 minutes and baste with sauce. Time required to cook. 1¼ hours, depending on size of chickens

NOTES : On weekends enroute to Ocean City, MD...this same chicken is sold along the road by various clubs.
