Baked sea scallops

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Sea scallops
4 ounces Butter, melted
1 ounce Sherry
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Slice scallops in half and place in a buttered casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine butter, sherry and crumbs. Pour over scallops. Bake at 350 degs for 10-15 mins.
