Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Scallops; cut in half
1 ounce Sherry; optional
6 tablespoons Butter; melted & divided
½ cup Dry breadcrumbs

Date: Wed, 01 May 1996 06:55:25 -0700 From: Dan Schamber <dansch@...> Arrange scallops in shallow buttered casserole. Sprinkle with sherry. Pour half the butter over scallops. Cover with bread crumbs. Pour rest of butter over bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
