Baked lemon fish

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Fish fillets (sole; flounder)
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley; chopped
1 Lemon (6 wedges)
1 tablespoon Oil
Salt and fresh ground pepper or lemon pepper; to taste
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Date: 16 Oct 1995 05:50:00 -0600 In bottom of shallow baking or broiling pan, spread oil,lemon juice, and pepper. Swish fish around in pan, coating both sides. Sprinkle with parsley. Broil 3-4 minutes on each side or until edges are browned. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with salt or additional lemon pepper.
