|2 tablespoons||Fresh parsley; chopped|
|1||Lemon (6 wedges)|
|Salt and fresh ground pepper or lemon pepper; to taste|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|

Date: 16 Oct 1995 05:50:00 -0600 In bottom of shallow baking or broiling pan, spread oil,lemon juice, and pepper. Swish fish around in pan, coating both sides. Sprinkle with parsley. Broil 3-4 minutes on each side or until edges are browned. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with salt or additional lemon pepper.
