Lemon broiled fish

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Margarine -- melted
¼ cup Lemon juice, bottled --
\N \N (concentrate)
2 cups Fresh bread crumbs -- (4
\N \N Slices)
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 pounds Orange roughy fillets --
\N \N Thawed

Combine margarine and lemon juice in measuring cup. In separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parsley, and ¼ cup of the lemon juice mixture. To the remaining lemon juice mixture, add paprika, and dip fish. Broil until fish easily flakes with a fork (about 5 minutes). Top fish with crumbs.

Broil until heated through.
