| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | Parsley -- chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano. |

Directions
STUFFING
Clean fish & slit down center. Sprinkle inside w/lemon juice. Salt & pepper and let stand 20 min. Drain & place in baking dish & stuff w/parsley & oregano.
