Baked fish (psito psari)

Measure Ingredient

1 \N Whole grouper -- about 3 lbs
¾ cup Olive oil
\N \N Juice of 2 lemons
1 \N Lemon -- sliced
3 larges Onions -- finely chopped
20 millilitres Garlic -- finely chopped water
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
½ teaspoon Parsley -- chopped
½ teaspoon Oregano.

STUFFING

Clean fish & slit down center. Sprinkle inside w/lemon juice. Salt & pepper and let stand 20 min. Drain & place in baking dish & stuff w/parsley & oregano.
