Baked crab au gratin

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Chopped onion
1 \N Chopped green pepper
1 \N Chopped red pepper
2 larges Tomatoes (peeled, seeded &
\N \N Diced)
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Flour
1¼ cup Heavy cream
2¼ pounds Cooked carb meat
\N \N Salt & pepper
¼ cup Sliced almonds
2 cups Grated med cheddar

Preheat oven to 450. Saute vegetables in butter until tender.

Sprinkle with flour; stir until well blended. Add cream & simmer, stirring, until thick. Stir in crab meat & seasonings. Spoon hot mixture into greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle almonds & cheese.

Bake in oven just until cheese is golden.
