| 1 | Red pepper -- diced | |

| 20 | Milliliters | |
| ⅓ | Stick butter | |
| 4 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 10 | Plum tomatoes -- chopped | |
| ¼ | cup | White wine |
| 1 | Hot pepper halve -- seed | |
| Garlic -- chopped | ||
Directions
x Salt and pepper Saute bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Saute onion and garlic. Add peppers and saute 5 min.
Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta. (wrv) Recipe By :
