Bacon and pepper sauce

Measure Ingredient
GRANAROLI (XBRG76A)
⅓ pounds Bacon
1 Green pepper -- diced
1 Red pepper -- diced
1 Onion -- chopped
20 Milliliters
Stick butter
4 tablespoons Olive oil
10 Plum tomatoes -- chopped
¼ cup White wine
1 Hot pepper halve -- seed
Garlic -- chopped

x Salt and pepper Saute bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Saute onion and garlic. Add peppers and saute 5 min.

Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta. (wrv) Recipe By :
