| 1 | Green pepper diced | |
| 1 | Red pepper diced | |
| 1 | Onion chopped | |
| 2 | Cloves garlic chopped | |
| ⅓ | Stick butter | |
| 4 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 10 | Plum tomatoes chopped | |
| ¼ | cup | White wine |
| 1 | Hot pepper halved and seeded | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
