Asian marinade (for fish)

¼cupSoy sauce or tamari
2tablespoonsDark sesame oil
2tablespoonsRice vinegar
1tablespoonMinced garlic
1tablespoonMinced ginger
1Scallion, sliced thin (about 2 tb)
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Then grill for about 8 minutes.
