Asiago/cheddar cheese bread

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Shredded Asiago cheese
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup Minced onion (or chives)
1 \N Egg, beaten
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
\N \N Salt, freshly grnd. white>>
\N \N Pepper to taste
1 \N Chunk French bread, sliced>>
\N \N In half, lengthwise.

Combine cheeses, chives, egg and hot pepper sauce in bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Arrange bread halves on baking sheet. Carefully top each slice with halt the cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 F. until cheese is melted and bread is crusty, 10 to 12 min. Serve immediately.
