Apricot raisin filling for hamentaschen

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Seedless orange
1 pack Dried apricots; (8 ounces)
1½ cup Sultana raisins
3 tablespoons Sugar; Up To 4 Tbsp.

Steel Knife: Cut orange in quarters, but do not peel. Process half the orange until fine, about 20 seconds. Add half the remaining ingredients.

Process until fine, about 15 seconds. Empty processor bowl. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Yield: about 2 cups filling. May be prepared in advance and refrigerated or frozen.
