Apricot mustard glazed chicken breasts

| 3 | tablespoons | Apricot preserves | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground ginger | 
| 4 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; about 1 pound | |
Directions
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
