Apricot mustard glazed chicken breasts

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Honey mustard or dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Apricot preserves
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
4 \N Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; about 1 pound

Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
