Apricot mustard glazed chicken breasts

cupHoney mustard or dijon mustard
3tablespoonsApricot preserves
1teaspoonGround ginger
4Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; about 1 pound

Directions

Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
