Apricot mustard glazed chicken breasts

⅓ | cup | Honey mustard or dijon mustard |
3 | tablespoons | Apricot preserves |
1 | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
4 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; about 1 pound |
Directions
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
