Yield: 4 Servings
|⅓ cup||Honey mustard or dijon mustard|
|3 tablespoons||Apricot preserves|
|1 teaspoon||Ground ginger|
|4 \N||Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; about 1 pound|
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
