Apricot honey loaf

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Salt
1¼ cup Milk
1 cup Honey
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Salad oil
1 cup Dried apricots
½ cup Seedless raisins
½ cup Sunflower seeds

In mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Combine milk, honey, egg and oil. Pour over dry ingredients and stir just enough to moisten. Gently fold in apricots, raisins and sunflower seeds. Pour into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F 55 to 60 minutes or until loaf tests done in center. Cool completely before slicing.
