Apricot chocolate bread

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
9 ounces Cut up dried apricots
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
⅓ cup Veg. oil
2 Eggs
2½ cup Flour
½ cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ cup Chopped pecans

Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the rest until just moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 mins in a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Cool for 10 mins. and remove from pan.
