*OR ½ cup sugar and 6 packets Sweet 'n Low **¼ cup powdered sugar and 2 packets S&L Glaze: blend together and drizzle over top of cooled cake In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder. In a large bowl, blend applesauce, sugar, Egg Beaters and liquid Butter buds; stir inflour mixture just until blended (batter will be lumpy). Mix in raisins. Spoon batter into a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350F 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and top with glaze.
